Boundary Bay Residence was purchased by the current owners in 2015 with the intention of sensitively remodeling the home. Their primary objectives included: enhancing street presence and clarifying the entry sequence; reprogramming exterior living areas to refine relationships with the site; and remediating the building envelope.
