Currently under construction on the cliffs of Indian Arm near Deep Cove, this sculptural residence is designed to embrace panoramic inlet views while blending into its dramatic natural surroundings
Located on the cliffside of the Indian Arm, close to the quiet coastal village of Deep Cove, this new residence is designed as a sculptural piece of art, providing dramatic views across inlet while standing as an icon against its natural setting.
The second floor’s sculpted form opens the site up to the ocean and floats above a fully glazed and open ground floor.
Characterised by a challenging series of local bylaws and a difficult existing site, the project required a unique approach to satisfy the local authority while achieving its iconic form and elegant massing.
